HAM At Home

No equipment? No problem.

HAM at Home is designed for anyone who has limited-to-no equipment, is new to functional fitness, or is looking for efficient workouts. The goal of HAM at Home is to give you a high intensity workout in less than an hour, regardless of where you are or what equipment you have.

We all want to get stronger, and there are many ways to get there. HAM Lifting focuses on building strength and efficiency in all of the major lifts.

HAM Lifting is an excellent complement to the main affiliate class workouts. These are variations on lifting programs that Spencer, Austin, and James used in their own competitive careers as well as with the athletes they coached.

HAM Lifting provides 3 lifting days per week that follow an annual lifting cycle. Each lifting cycle lasts roughly 2-3 months. They provide dedicated insight necessary to improve strength in weighting that can improve your overall fitness or improve a more specific lifting goal for competition.

We provide details and instructions for how to approach our strength sessions. These notes will help you get the most out of each strength session and understand how it fits into the rest of your workouts each day.

Movement Library

A video is worth a thousand words

Our movement library is designed to give you the information and confidence you need to complete all the movements each day. Helping you move safely and with proper form is our top priority.

The library includes demos for dozens of bodyweight, dumbbell, kettlebell, sandbag, weight vest, and banded movements. We are continuously adding new movements to the library.

If you are new to functional fitness or just new to a specific movement, these short videos will quickly get you up to speed.
