Physical fitness impacts more than just our bodies. It can change how we perceive ourselves, how we perceive others, and even how we perceive the obstacles in front of us. It’s something that we have experienced, and we are here because the least we can do is provide an opportunity for you to share in that experience.
Your fitness journey and your goals could be very different from those around you. For some of you, this might be your first step towards realizing how fitness can improve the quality of your life and the lives of those around you. Whether you have only worked out once in the last three years, or three times in the last three hours, we want to help you to continue moving forward and reaching your goals.
We are athletes, competitors, gym owners, head coaches, parents, full-time employees, and garage gym warriors just like you. Even as our goals and priorities have changed, we kept realizing two things. First, if you work hard, stay consistent, remain accountable, learned from yesterday, and put in an honest effort, then the results will come. Second, if you have fun, appreciate your own effort, laugh at your mistakes, and share your adventure with others, then the results feel more fulfilling.
HAM Plan is our fitness education and experience combined to offer you thoughtful, effective, and enjoyable programming, regardless of your resources and goals. We will take on the leg work, not just telling you what to do, but also how to do it and why. That way you only have to show up, work hard, and have fun.

I started the HAM Plan two years ago and I immediately felt the power of the program: intensity similar to an open workout. Here you can find it every day, and with intensity you gain results!
For me, as a competitor, this is the right program: it’s not a three hour program; it’s a short, intense training session where you can develop all the skills and strength abilities you need to compete in CrossFit.
Furthermore, you can workout with the class, as the WOD is the same. This creates a strong community and a good benchmark for all of athletes in the box!
As an affiliate owner, I saw major results from my members! The program contains not only a WOD, but additional work (midline, skill, or strength portion) that the class can do after training or in an open gym session. Lastly, all of your coaches know exactly what to do that to the weekly detailed class plan.
The program is complete and, above all, is a CrossFit program: short, intense, general purpose, and fun! There is no better program out there!
Our box purchased the HAM Plan for Affiliates programming package two years ago. It was the best decision we have made for multiple reasons.
We are no longer spending hours upon hours programming workouts, making sure we aren’t repeating movements or over-taxing muscle groups. It is no longer a concern. The HAM Plan has it covered. The HAM team not only gives you great, varied workouts everyday, but they also give you 2 scaled versions of the workouts so you are prepared for ALL of your athletes.
Lesson planning for you and your coaches is done for you. Your team will all be on the same page from warm-up to cool-down. My favorite part of the lesson planning is James Hobart’s videos explaining strategy on coaching the workouts with insight on what to look with your athletes as they are executing the workout.
The programming has helped retain athletes. The lesson planning has helped make our staff better coaches, again, retaining athletes.
At our L1 we learned about the hopper. I swear team HAM has one for making these metcons. They are constantly varied while sprinkling in your favorite benchmarks. Our athletes love the workouts and never complain about lack of variety.
Customer service is super important to us. Team Ham is always on duty answering our questions and asking for input. You have a voice with HAM Plan. You are going to love it.

The HAM Plan is the absolute BEST programming there is out there, I personally think that you have to try different training programs to see which one fits best for you, and after me personally having done a lot of them before and also training without an established training program, I can say that between Austin, Spencer and James you really get the best there is out there to coach you and your gym.
I started out with competitors programming at first and then with personal programming, and it was because of these guys, hard work and FUN, that I was able to fulfill this dream of mine.
I could not thank them enough, I have been with them for 2+ years and I still see how I am becoming better, stronger, healthier and fitter with each training session that goes by!
